Corn Hole for a Cause on April 6th!

The East Haven Chamber of Commerce is hosting their second annual Corn Hole Tournament on April 6 at 1:00pm at the Irish Community Center at 9 Venice place East Haven CT. In order to compete, be sure to register yourself or your team at 12:00pm tickets are $30 per person, prices vary regarding the size of teams. If you would like to watch, tickets are $25.

The goal of the Corn Hole tournament is for everyone in the community to get together and have fun while raising money to benefit a charity or cause. Jen Higham, President of the East Haven Chamber of Commerce explained, “This year it's going to benefit the Hangman Memorial Library with $5 of each ticket being donated to them.” The East Haven Chamber of Commerce has been working to benefit the community for a long time now and the library is very grateful that they decided to donate the money to them this year. Ronald Whitney, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the East Haven Public Library shared, “The Trustees for East Haven Public Library were honored to learn that the East Haven Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring a Corn Hole tournament with some of the proceeds benefiting the library. We are very lucky to have such an active Chamber in East Haven.”
